Job Description

Position: Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (100% On-site)
Experience: 1-5 years in US IT Bench Sales
Shift: US Shift (CST)
Salary: Competitive + Incentives
The ideal candidate will market bench candidates (OPT, GC, and TN) to Tier-1 vendors and direct clients in the US, develop strong relationships with partners, and work with recruitment teams to find the right candidates. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
