Job Description
Position Summary: The SOX Auditor supports the Internal Audit department in providing management and the Board with an independent assessment of the effectiveness of the company’s internal control over financial reporting. Reporting to the Internal Audit Director(s), this role is a vital part of our integrated audit and SOX team.
As a SOX Audit Associate, you will assist in executing the company’s global Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) programs for our listed subsidiaries, including Newmark Group Inc. (NASDAQ: NMRK) and BGC Partners (NASDAQ: BGCP), which are key players in commercial real estate and financial technology respectively.
