Job Description
Join CANNANORE AUTOMOTIVE CO as a Data Entry Operator and be part of our dynamic team! We are seeking a dedicated individual with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct PSF calling every 3rd day after service delivery.
- Prepare daily Excel reports on labor.
- Enter daily reports into Hirise.
- Input customer feedback in Hirise.
- Follow up with service customers post billing.
- Handle AMC punching.
- Request Google reviews during service delivery.
Qualifications: Graduation degree, good computer skills, MS Office proficiency, 0-2 years of experience. Female candidates preferred. Languages: Malayalam, English.
Work location: Pallikkulam. Full-time position with a pay range of ₹12,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month.
