Job Description
We are looking for a Warranty Supervisor to join our dynamic team at CANNANORE AUTOMOTIVE CO and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers about warranty claims.
- Provide information on warranty coverage.
- Address inquiries related to warranties.
- Maintain accurate records of claims.
- Send reports with complaint videos for reimbursement.
Requirements:
- B-Tech/Diploma in automobile.
- 1-2 years of experience preferred.
- Technical knowledge of Two Wheeler Service.
- Excel proficiency required.
- Good communication skills in local language and English.
