Job Description
CanApprove Consultancy Services is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage reception duties and assist our sales team by following up on leads through telecalling.
Experience: 0-1 years (Freshers are welcome to apply)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide walk-in visitors.
- Answer and route incoming calls.
- Maintain a clean front desk area.
- Manage appointments and schedules.
- Update call status and maintain lead records.
