Job Description
Position: Tele callers (Tele sales) and Customer Support (Sales)
Location: Kochi/Cochin
Salary: As per industry standards, depending on your experience. Starting from ₹15,00.00 per month.
Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in tele sales.
- Proven experience in tele calling, especially in selling bank-related products such as credit cards, loans, and policies.
- Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, and Kannada (added advantage).
Client Interaction:
- Respond to inquiries and address client needs professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions.
