Job Description
We are seeking a polite and presentable lady receptionist to be the face of our Camera Service Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, managing front office duties, coordinating service activities, and ensuring efficient daily operations at the reception desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in clients.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Register service requests for cameras and accessories.
- Maintain records and coordinate with technicians.
- Ensure a clean and organized front desk area.
