Job Description
CADD LABS is looking for a Telecaller Executive to join our team.
Office Timing: 3 PM TO 8 PM
Location: Gandhipuram
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and students.
- Explain training programs and services clearly.
- Handle incoming calls and resolve customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain effective communication.
- Maintain call logs and prepare daily reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
Requirements: Female candidates, good communication in Tamil and basic English, freshers welcomed, basic computer skills.
Pay: ₹5,00 – ₹6,00 per month. Evening shift, 30 hours per week.
