Cacobean Chocolate Factory Private Limited is seeking a Quality Analyst Intern to assist our Quality Assurance team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in the chocolate manufacturing process, focusing on hygiene, food safety, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor production processes for compliance with FSSAI standards.
- Conduct quality checks on materials and finished products.
- Help maintain QA documentation.
- Participate in sensory evaluations.
Qualifications: Pursuing a degree in Food Technology or related fields, good observational skills, and a willingness to work in production settings.
