Job Description
C Cube Consultant is hiring for the position of IT Service Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our internal customers, you will provide technical support and efficiently resolve IT-related issues.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to IT requests, troubleshoot hardware and software, document tickets, collaborate with IT teams, and meet service level agreements.
Requirements: Graduates with excellent knowledge of IT systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
