Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Operations Specialist to join our team at BV. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing background verification checks, while effectively communicating with clients, universities, employers, and vendors via email and phone.
Your key responsibilities will include following up persistently to ensure verifications are completed within the agreed turnaround time (TAT), maintaining accurate case records, and escalating any delays or exceptions to your supervisor. Adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards is essential, as well as safeguarding sensitive data confidentiality.
