Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of recruitment experience in India, with knowledge of local labor laws. Responsibilities include understanding hiring needs, attracting candidates via social media, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, experience with Indian job boards and ATS, fluency in English, and good interpersonal skills. Full-time position, salary ₹20,00 – ₹40,00 per month, day shift, Monday to Friday, in person.
