Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to assist supervisors with paperwork, distribute and collect inspection samples, and maintain systems such as IBMS. The role also involves attending to client inquiries and issuing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with local and overseas clients, factories, and vendors.
• Handle inspection orders, scheduling, and report preparation.
• Maintain sample control and update job allocations for inspectors.
• Prepare invoices and support management with various tasks.
