Job Description
We are hiring a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee project progress and serve as the link between PMC and the company. Key duties: coordinate PMC and contractors, monitor construction schedules, inspect works, control material and equipment costs, manage suppliers, and supervise site office staff. Requirements: 6–8 years’ supervisory experience in commercial/residential projects, strong attention to detail, assertive decision-making, understanding of construction terms and scheduling, and proficiency in Word and Excel. Qualifications: insight into real estate and construction management. Job Type: Full-time, in-person at Thane. Salary: ₹25,00–35,00/month. Benefits: paid time off. Education: high school or equivalent.
