We are looking for a dedicated Tool Support/Admin Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SPLUNK, Linux, Ansible, basic networking, and knowledge of various other tools such as DNAC, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, and ThousandEyes. This role involves providing support and administration for these tools to ensure optimal performance and integration within our systems.
What you’ll be doing
- Administer and support SPLUNK, Linux, Ansible, and other tools (DNAC, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, ThousandEyes).
- Monitor and maintain tool performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tool integration and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize tool usage.
- Develop and maintain documentation for tool configurations and procedures.
- Provide training and support to team members on tool usage and best practices.
- Assist with basic networking tasks and troubleshooting.
