Strong communication, organization, multitasking; proficient in Excel, Google Sheets/Docs and basic CRM. Responsibilities: prepare quotations, proposals and product presentations; coordinate orders, samples and deliveries with clients and operations/production/procurement; track dispatches and logistics; handle client calls, emails and WhatsApp; maintain sales records and reports; support meetings and approvals.
