Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai
Shift: Fixed Night Shift (US Shift) | 5 Days Working
We are Brocus IT Solutions, seeking an Experience Associate for an International Call Center focused on customer service and sales. Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills and a proactive attitude to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions
- Pitch products/services effectively
- Provide top-notch customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in an international BPO preferred
- Freshers with strong English skills are welcome
- Willingness to work night shifts
