Job Description
BRIHASPATI WELFARE FOUNDATION is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to efficiently manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Promptly resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Maintain accurate call records within the CRM system.
- Provide information on products/services and guide customers.
- Follow up on customer interactions for resolution.
- Meet daily and weekly targets related to calls and resolutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,00.00 – ₹10,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Language: Hindi (Required), English (Preferred)
