Job Description

Bright Meadow Dam View Resort seeks a full-time Homestay Caretaker to oversee our 6-room homestay in Munnar. Responsibilities: supervise daily operations, coordinate housekeeping, kitchen and support staff, manage guest check-ins/outs, maintain cleanliness and minor repairs, keep basic records and staff schedules. Requirements: 1+ year hospitality/caretaker experience preferred, good communication in English/Malayalam (Hindi advantageous), honest, able to live on/near property and travel up to 50%. Accommodation may be provided; salary ₹12,00–₹19,424 per month; in-person role.
