Job Description
Seeking a Retail Vendor Coordinator to manage vendor relationships and ensure smooth product flow to retail stores. Responsibilities include onboarding vendors, negotiating terms, monitoring inventory and deliveries, issuing and tracking purchase orders, ensuring contract and quality compliance, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating invoicing with finance. The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, experience with ERP/Excel, and 2+ years in retail or supply chain roles. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must be proactive, organized, and able to work cross-functionally with merchandising, operations, and finance teams.
