Job Description
BP Academy is seeking a dedicated Faculty Member specializing in TNPSC or TNUSRB exam coaching. Your mission is to guide aspiring candidates through a structured and updated curriculum, empowering them to succeed with clarity and confidence.
Responsibilities Include:
- Design and update lesson plans, study materials, and mock tests.
- Deliver engaging lectures in-person or online.
- Mentor students by tracking progress and addressing doubts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; additional certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience with TNPSC coaching preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Compensation ranges from ₹10,00 to ₹30,00 per month.
