Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Customer Relationship Officer to sell Personal Loans to rural customers who have previously closed loans from SMICC. Your responsibilities include generating leads, providing loan information, guiding customers through documentation, and ensuring compliance with loan policies.
This full-time position offers a monthly pay ranging from ₹15,00.00 to ₹25,00.00, along with benefits such as health insurance and a provident fund. A Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in Hindi are preferred.
Requirements
