Job Description
The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels. You will create and distribute marketing content, run A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages and audience targeting, monitor CPC/CPA/ROAS/CTR, manage budgets, and collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams. Required: 0–1 years marketing experience, hands-on Facebook Ads and end-to-end campaign setup, with excellent writing and communication. Position is full-time, permanent; pay ₹25,00–₹40,00/month. Benefits include leave encashment and paid time off. Work location: in person at Bosscoder Academy. Analytical mindset and up-to-date knowledge of ad platforms are essential.
