Job Description
Bombay Tools Supplying Agency Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Support & Billing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer queries, provide ETA updates, follow up on purchase orders, and ensure post-sales support. You will also assist in vendor registration and manage the generation of Sales Orders, Delivery Challans, and Invoices while maintaining documentation in Zoho CRM.
We require candidates with experience using Tally software, good communication skills, and a basic understanding of accounts and billing processes. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience is essential.
Competitive pay ranges from ₹24,00 to ₹28,00 per month, with benefits including a Provident Fund. This is a full-time, permanent in-person position.
