Job Description
We are seeking an Area Sales Manager for our client in the Health Care/Surgical products sector. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of prior experience in the Healthcare or OTC segment.
Key requirements include:
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Experience in beat format and direct retail & doctor calls.
- Proven ability to manage a team of frontline salespeople.
- An existing client database of medical shops and doctors.
- Must own a 2-wheeler for market coverage.
- A smartphone to utilize the company’s Field Monitoring App.
