Job Description
Join our team at BodyCraft Spa & Salon as a Call Center Agent! We are seeking a dedicated professional who excels in customer service. Your key responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, making follow-up calls, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining accurate customer records. You will also provide detailed product information and collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month, with full-time positions available.
