Job Description
BOCHE TODDY PUB is seeking a Guest Relation Executive to warmly welcome and seat guests, manage reservations and table allocations, present menus, communicate guest preferences to service staff, handle complaints courteously and ensure a comfortable dining experience. You will coordinate with kitchen and service teams, maintain guest records for special occasions, promote restaurant services and events, collect feedback and report to management to maintain smooth operations. This full-time, permanent role pays ₹15,00–₹18,00/month and includes food provided, health insurance, paid time off and Provident Fund. Work location: in person. Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused and adept at resolving issues promptly.
