Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team at Boche Tea. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, fostering strong customer relationships, and executing promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily visits to retail and wholesale outlets.
- Promote and sell products to meet monthly targets.
- Ensure product availability and visibility.
- Expand outlet coverage by onboarding new retailers.
Eligibility: Graduate with 0-2 years of sales experience (FMCG preferred). Must have a two-wheeler.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month with benefits.
Requirements

- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
