Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of BN Clinic 19. Key responsibilities include coordinating between clinical and non-clinical teams, supervising and training support staff, managing patient flow, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations and a preferred Master’s degree. This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary of ₹28,00.00 – ₹35,00.00. Benefits include paid sick time, paid time off, and a Provident Fund, with a morning shift schedule and yearly bonus opportunity.
