Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced CDP Pastry Chef to join our team at Blue Serene Resorts, Kerala. As a CDP Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing delicious pastry and dessert menus for our guests.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement pastry and dessert menus
– Prepare and present high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts
– Manage pastry section inventory and supplies
– Train and lead pastry team members
– Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Requirements:
– Commi – I or equivalent qualification
– 3+ years of experience in a similar role
– Expertise in pastry and dessert preparation
– Creativity and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
