Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated UPSD professional to join our team in Chennai-Ambattur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for regular reviews of open complaints, ensuring timely responses and closure as per SLAs, and achieving revenue generation targets. You will maintain customer database hygiene, drive customer engagement, and ensure the quality of service through preventive maintenance audits.
Key responsibilities include knowledge of products (RAD/RPD), vendor management, and strong communication skills. A minimum of 7 to 9 years of experience and a qualification of BTECH/DIPLOMA are required.
