Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Safety Officer to join our team at Blue Star India in Chennai – KRM. In this role, you will supervise site safety processes to ensure guidelines are adhered to, aiming for zero accidents. You will coordinate with project staff to implement safety policies and conduct regular toolbox talks to enhance awareness among workers. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring that all deployed workers meet the minimum criteria for engagement and reporting any deliberate violations. Additionally, you will participate in safety training programs and take a lead role in emergency situations for urgent mitigation.
