Job Description

Blu Polymer seeks a Senior Blow Molding and Filling Machine Operator to supervise blow moulding and filling production. You will oversee workflows, coach operators, ensure equipment safety and maintenance, monitor output quality, and optimize efficiency and costs. Candidates with 2+ years in blow & injection moulding or filling operations are preferred; diplomas or engineering degrees are an advantage; freshers may apply. Key skills: production supervision, MS Office, machinery operation, and problem-solving. Full-time, in-person role in Production & Manufacturing. Salary ₹260,00–₹275,00 per year. Benefits include health insurance, provident fund, medical and risk insurance, and an annual bonus.
