Job Description
Bloom Hotel Group is seeking a motivated Front Office Associate to join our team. The key responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, handling reservations, providing guest information, managing cash transactions, and addressing guest concerns. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
Required skills include excellent customer service abilities, attention to detail, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer proficiency. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month.
