Job Description
BLITZ ACADEMY is seeking a Placement Officer with an MBA and minimum 3 years’ placement experience. This full-time, permanent, in-person role (₹20,00–₹30,00/month) requires developing and maintaining corporate and recruiter relationships; coordinating campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement events; facilitating internships and full-time opportunities; maintaining placement records and employer feedback; collecting placement reviews; and guiding students in resume preparation, interview readiness, and career planning. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in building industry partnerships to maximize student placement outcomes.
