Job Description
We seek an enthusiastic, target-driven Admission Counselor for Blitz Academy’s EdTech team. You will guide prospective students through course options, counsel on career paths, handle inbound/outbound calls, follow up leads, update CRM, coordinate onboarding, and participate in webinars and events. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years in academic counseling/EdTech sales, strong communication and interpersonal skills, target-oriented, CRM proficiency. Role is full-time, permanent, in-person in Bangalore; pay ₹300,00–₹420,00/year. Fluency in Kannada, English, Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam required.
