Job Description
Join the fast-paced team at BlackHardStone as a Live Chat Customer Service Agent for a US-based telecom project. As the first point of contact, you will manage customer inquiries related to billing, services, troubleshooting, and more, all via live chat.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer queries through live chat
- Resolve account, service, and product issues
- Provide exceptional customer experiences
- Upsell or cross-sell when applicable
- Collaborate with team members to meet targets
Who You Are: You have 6+ months of relevant experience, strong English communication skills, and can multitask effectively. Willingness to work US shifts is essential.
