Job Description
Bizbliss Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Packing Incharge. In this role, you will oversee and motivate packaging operators, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervision: Directing and motivating packaging operators, providing guidance and support.
- Training: Developing and implementing training programs for packaging procedures and safety protocols.
- Performance Evaluation: Conducting evaluations and delivering constructive feedback.
- Team Building: Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month

Requirements
