Job Description
Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service? Bismi Connect Ltd is seeking a diligent Female Customer Service Associate. Your primary duties will include listening to customers’ concerns, addressing complaints and returns, and giving detailed explanations of our services and products. You will collaborate with the sales team to improve customer feedback handling.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
Requirements:
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) – Preferred
- 1 year experience in Customer Service – Preferred
- Fluency in Malayalam – Required
