Job Description
We are currently seeking Male candidates for the position of Call Center Executive in Kalamassery. As a Call Center Executive, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, understanding customer needs, resolving complaints, and updating customer records in our CRM system. You will adhere to our standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly pay range of ₹13,00.00 – ₹20,00.00. Benefits include health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and a Provident Fund.
Work will be conducted in person at our Kalamassery location.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
- No Criminal Record
