Job Description
Bisco Ultimate is seeking a skilled Powder Coating Supervisor to oversee the powder coating process, ensuring timely and quality application of coatings on various products. This role involves leading a team of operators, scheduling work orders, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of operators.
- Schedule work orders to meet production deadlines.
- Operate and maintain powder coating equipment.
- Monitor quality standards for coating thickness and consistency.
- Train new technicians on techniques and safety procedures.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate equipment repairs.
- Maintain inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
