Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at BirlaSoft in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will be responsible for handling onsite support tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing exceptional client assistance. Your tasks will include installing and maintaining computer hardware, upgrading operating systems, and ensuring network connectivity.
You should possess a strong understanding of SAP, Microsoft software, networking concepts, and incident management. Basic training in computer operation for clients is also part of your responsibilities.
