Job Description
Bird Cafe is seeking an experienced Parotta Maker to join our team. The successful candidate will specialize in preparing authentic Malabar Parathas, ensuring each parotta meets our high standards of taste, texture, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh Malabar Parottas with consistency and authenticity.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
- Assist with kitchen operations as necessary.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Parotta Maker, knowledge of food hygiene, and flexibility for long hours.
