Job Description
As a Sales and Service Manager at Bharti Consultants, you will acquire NTB current account customers in assigned segments and generate referrals from the catchment area. Ensure high-quality account mix and constitution, proactively register and activate customers on direct banking channels, and exceed monthly acquisition targets by analyzing transaction banking needs. Support the Sales Manager with catchment mapping, provide regular feedback to SM/RM, adhere to sales SOPs and compliance, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver customer-centric products. Required skills: sales experience, CASA knowledge, current and savings account products, strong market awareness and customer focus.
