Job Description

Seeking a qualified Company Secretary to lead IPO readiness and ensure compliance with company law, listing rules and governance. Duties: prepare and maintain IPO documentation, file statutory returns, manage shareholder communications and AGMs, handle share schemes, support startup registrations, build investor relations, implement compliance systems, liaise with external advisors and advise the board. Requirements: qualified CS, strong IPO and compliance expertise, excellent written and oral communication, and technical proficiency. Full-time, in person. Salary: ₹20,00–₹25,00 per month.
