About the Role:
BENIEVA is seeking experienced Accounts Receivable Follow-Up Representatives with a background in US Healthcare RCM. Candidates should demonstrate strong denial management skills and have experience communicating with insurance companies regarding claim status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct AR follow-up with US insurance providers.
- Resolve denied claims and document communications accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes.
Requirements:
1 to 4 years in medical billing, excellent English communication, and readiness to relocate to Kochi are essential.
