Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice and Chat Support team at Benda Infotech. As a Voice Process Executive, you will handle customer queries through voice and chat for international clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle outbound customer calls.
- Resolve inquiries swiftly and accurately.
- Actively listen and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct basic online research for customer support.
- Fluent in English with strong listening skills.
