Job Description
Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
Join us at Believers Organisation as a Customer Support Executive. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates.
Qualifications: Minimum High School Passed
Skills: Excellent English and Hindi communication (minimal MTI), Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
Shift: 24/7 Rotational, 9 hours daily (8 hours work + 1 hour break). No planned leave for 3 months post joining.
Note: Candidates who have interviewed with Flipkart in the last 3 months are ineligible.
Salary: ₹1.92 LPA (Apprentices), ₹2.12 LPA (Freshers), ₹2.20 LPA (with 6+ months experience). 100% Fixed Pay + Pick/Drop for odd shifts.
