Job Description

Beat Center of Excellence seeks a full-time Ticketing Staff. Salary ₹15,00–₹20,00/month. Minimum 1 year ticketing or travel operations experience required. Responsibilities include handling air/train/bus bookings, cancellations and rescheduling; assisting customers with travel queries; accurately using reservation systems; coordinating with airlines and partners; maintaining booking records and payment details; and processing refunds and changes promptly. Requirements: basic ticketing procedures knowledge, computer proficiency, strong communication and customer service skills, and attention to detail. Preferred: experience with GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) and knowledge of travel documentation and fare rules. Work location: in person.
