Job Description
BDV Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our Customer Support Team in New Town, Kolkata. As a Customer Support Executive, you will assist customers with queries via phone, email, or chat. Training is provided for those without prior experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Provide accurate product information.
- Resolve or escalate customer issues.
- Maintain records of interactions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Freshers welcome; 12th pass or graduate; good communication in English, Hindi, Bengali; basic computer skills; positive attitude.
